Served chilled, the wine offers notes of chalk, stone fruits, flint, oyster shells and apricot pit. As it unfurls with time and aeration, honeysuckle and crunchy white peach skin dominate the nose and give way to a strong, viscous finish with dry honey, lemon skin and gooseberry. Very chablisienne, and the most complete Evening Primrose to date.
